Pilates is an excellent workout for any sports, young and old people. We don't really focus only on core muscles as you all believed Pilates is all about core muscles. We target every muscle in the body and correct the weak muscle. Pilates does sculpt the body of your dream and it also helps you to prepare to go to the next level in fitness. We help teach you how to do everything correctly. To maximize the results and get the body you want, you will need a couple of this equipment for home workout. I strongly recommend not using this equipment if you are injured, if you have a shoulder injury avoid equipment and focus on legs and butt equipment. Don't worry you can get these things at the Sportsman's Warehouse, TakeaLot, or department stores. It is great to have your own equipment for home training and you will feel like a super badass with your own mini-gym.
